I stayed in the Superior Queen Room and it was really comfy. The bed was super plush, and the room had a nice vibe. Clean and well-decorated. It had a good amount of space. The complimentary fruits and snacks were a sweet touch. I didn’t mind the lack of a window, especially since it felt like a cozy retreat from the busy streets outside. My only small quibble? The wifi was a bit spotty at times, but it wasn't a deal-breaker.

The location was outstanding, with the night market right outside and the lake just a short walk away. Just a suitable option for a brief weekend stay in Hanoi with real value for money. The atmosphere was lively with food stalls and people everywhere just outside the door. Make sure to enjoy a local bread roll from a vendor for a truly authentic experience.

The spa was a highlight with affordable massages that melted my stress away. Conveniently located near the lake for evening strolls, but the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, a wonderful stay! 😊

Couple's Romantic Getaway

We were greeted upon arrival with a lovely complimentary upgrade room , and the spectacular decorations for our honeymoon trip really touched us. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mrs Quyn and Mrs Huyen, ensuring we felt treated like royalty during our stay.
